Departure times vary depending on the route. You can check the current schedule on our website by clicking the BUY TICKET button.
Are cruises available all year round?
Our cruises operate from May 1 to October 15.
How long does each cruise take?
Each cruise takes approximately 1 hour.
Booking
How can I book a ticket?
Tickets can be booked online through our website or purchased at our ticket offices in Hel and Sopot.
Can I book a return ticket at a lower price?
Yes. If you purchase a regular or reduced-fare ticket, you can also book a return ticket at a lower price from either location.
Can I check availability for the return cruise before buying my ticket?
Yes. Before purchasing your ticket, please check availability for the return cruise in our online booking system.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments through Przelewy24, including BLIK and supported payment cards.
Additional Questions
Can I bring a bicycle on board?
Yes, bicycles are welcome on board. The fee is 30 PLN per bicycle, each way.
Is the vessel accessible for wheelchair users?
Unfortunately, due to the vessel’s design, wheelchair access on board is not available.
Is there a toilet on board?
Yes, a passenger toilet is available on board.
